With the introduction of ISO 9000 into so many industries, prompt and accurate repair, calibration and recertification of E.J. Cady & Company micrometers has become a business within our business. One week turn-around of each micrometer sent to us for repair can usually be accomplished. New recertification documentation is provided for each unit repaired.
Please contact us (via email preferably) PRIOR to sending a micrometer to our facility for service, to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This number must appear on the outside of your shipping container - ideally on the address label itself.
Recertification Only
Recertification is also available for those organizations requiring more frequent inspection of their E.J. Cady & Company micrometers. New recertification documentation is provided for each unit. Accredited Calibration Resources are also Available
E.J. Cady & Company is proud to share that Accredited calibration, traceable to N.I.S.T. using ISO/IEC 17025 resources, is also available through our association with Nationwide Gage Calibration Inc. (Carol Stream, IL).
